Nano-Eplon™

Nano-Eplon™ provides a perfect combination of lightness and durability. All Concept Line 2010 rackets are distinct in three aspects compared to conventional racquets:

  • The rackets are manufactured using a new material combination, Nano-Eplon™, which is a three-dimensional, nanometre-sized molecular mesh.
  • This new 3D mesh is positioned in the sweet spot zone to increase rigidity and to boost power.
  • The zones with Metacarbon™ and graphite layers are also reinforced with 3D Nano-Eplon™ mesh to enhance power without increasing weight. As a result, Nano-Eplon™ frames provide a perfect balance between rigidity and flexibility, power, control, speed and precision.

Metacarbon™

With Metacarbon™, Oliver have developed a modal fibre which enables us to built a very stiff but also very light frame. To achieve the necessary flexibility we mix the stiff Metacarbon™ material with HSN resin. Because of the higher material strength with better traction, coupled with a very light weight, the new material combination provides the potential for a dynamic, explosive game not experienced before.

Eplon

The Metacarbon™ Eplon™ filament technology allows a new dimension in racket construction. Metacarbon™ fibres are immersed in a newly-developed HQ4 resin which can permeate the material 30% more than others. The intensity of pressure per cm can be raised about 14%, which leads to thinner and lighter constructions with the same durability as before.
